Dining Cleaning & Safety Procedures

  • Training
    • All staff have been trained following all CDC, State and NMSU guidelines regarding COVID cleaning and safety procedures
  • Safety
    • All employees and delivery personnel are verified daily to be COVID free
    • Customer facing employees are required to wear face masks, face shields and gloves
    • Social distancing
    • Masks required for guests upon entering the building
  • Environment
    • Sanitation team (wearing bright yellow vests) in place to sanitize all touch surfaces every 20 minutes, help monitor social distancing and answer any questions and assist guests.
    • Communication signage indicating traffic patterns, social distancing lines, menus and COVID safety reminders.

    • Touchless cashiering:
      • Swipe yourself in
      • One time use gloves will be utilized to accept cash

All food and drink will be full service (no self-service).
