Faculty & Staff Meal Plans offer a convenient and cost-effective way to dine on campus throughout the academic year. Choose from three plan options featuring meal swipes at Taos Restaurant, Dining Dollars to use at participating campus dining locations, and select plans with premium coffees from Einstein Bros. Bagels.

Purchase Your Meal Plan

To enroll, complete the Faculty/Staff Meal Plan Agreement Form, select your preferred meal plan, fill in the required information, and sign the form. Once completed, submit it in person to NMSU Parking & ID Card Services or by email to chbarela@nmsu.edu.

Payroll Deduction

If you would like to pay through payroll deduction, complete the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form and submit it with your Meal Plan Agreement to NMSU Parking & ID Card Services.

*All included benefits must be used by July 31st and do not carry over into the next year.
