Chef Jonathan Scott's culinary journey began in San Francisco, where his family's passion for cuisine ignited his own. Enlisting in the United States Coast Guard at eighteen, he spent four years exploring global cuisines, laying the groundwork for his future as a chef. Transitioning to civilian life, Jonathan dedicated seven years to refining his skills in esteemed restaurants and culinary school, culminating in his role as Executive Chef at a prestigious resort in Williams, Virginia, where he redefined fine dining.

In Phoenix, Arizona, Jonathan catered to a discerning clientele, including notable music artists and dignitaries, showcasing his versatility and culinary expertise. Now based in El Paso, Texas, Jonathan is committed to remaining Southwestern cuisine. Through his innovative approach, he blends traditional flavors with contemporary twists, leaving an indelible mark on the culinary landscape.
